Lettering: Kate Mills worst stage. 17 Phillip St. Non. vac. Notice in this case and that of her sister & indeed all photos I took except two named were treated before Dr Brooks was in charge & no water was allowed to touch patient till scab was off. HCF. Lettering on envelope consists of handwritten description of patient, and printed letters "O.H.M.S." (On Her Majesty's Service)
