Reconstructing the Sherel House in the Village Museum, Bucharest, 1973

In the image of the reconstuction, in the Village Museum, of the house from the village of Şerel, Pui commune, Hunedoara county. The house was transferred in 1973 and was originally located in the courtyard of the Paros household in the same county (this house was removed from the museum’s inventory due to the advanced state of degradation). The Sherel House was moved to the south sector of the museum in 1996, and in 2010 the stone fencing was restored and the household was brought together with the move from the old site, the summer kitchen and the annex for pigs and corn. The sequence captures the drawing, with the help of a stretched snoring, of the wooden onions gate and the fixing of stone pillars. In the background is seen the corner of the house Paros.
