The typically Stalinist cast concrete sculpture by the Võru-Valga road was erected in 1953. It has been restored in 2009. It depicts four bears on a tree stump. The sculpture rests on a cubic base with an inscription of the year 1953. It is one of the three remaining Stalinist road sculptures still at their original locations.
