Title: “Dragonkit” (sculpture) Glass Blower: Jonas Larsen Form: A dragon in four parts. Color: Clear glass, brown box with red velvet. Added. method: Fixed blown in plaster molds. The sculpture was blown during Jonas’s study time at Sandberginstitut (MFA) The sculpture is part of the project “Dragon Production.” LArsen makes the sculptures, but the buyer puts it together and fills it with any content. “The buyer affects the sculpture with the color and symbolic value of the content, but I control the outer shape and the main story and the message.” Has been shown: - exhibition “Vertek” in Amsterdam, as part of the installation “Dragon Produktion,” 1997, at the student exhibition Sandberg institute. Gallery Glemminge, part of the installation “Dragon Production,” 1999. The sculpture is thus a construction kit. In the box, where it is stored there are also instructions on how it is glued together, as well as glue. Inscribed in the 2007 ledger.
