The timber dealer Jon Sivertsson-Dillner, born in Berg parish in 1841. He made Kvissle sawmill around 1870 and settled in the mansion at the saw. Alongside the sawmills, he became involved strongly in agriculture and in the affairs of the village. He chaired the general meeting in Mattmar 1891 - 1896. Jon moved to Östersund in 1897 and died in 1906.
