Ingrid Olovsdotter born on the estate Brua in Älvros churchvillage, married to the blacksmith Per Hinriksson from the estate Röje. She intended to emigrate to America around 1850, with husband, children, a brother-in-law and his family but in Gothenburg the money ran out and the families turned and went north again. Ingrid with a family lived in Järvsö for 2 years and then in a drying room at Västremmen, where Per laid bells. Ingrid died in 1917 at the age of 103. Svern and his family lived in a torp at Sveners in Älvros. The Torp was called after this America. Tasks: Ingeborg Olofsson-Holm, Älvros, 1991.
