Image from Ollsta shooting station, winter 1898 or 1899. Jonas Halvarsson (1892-1954) is ill in (diphtheria) and is fed by modern Karin Halvarsson born Westin (1857-1962). Karin had two sisters who died in diphtheria (as a child). She did, of course, everything in her power to survive the only child. Karin was the grandmother of Gerda Sundström and the sister of the photographer. Tasks: Gerda Halvarsson-Sundström, Östersund, (daughter of Jonas).
