Silver cuff-link with two parts joined by an oval loop. Each part is octagonal with a flattened looped shank and a concave back. There is fine engraving on the upper surface of each with an octagonal border with slightly scalloped sides. In the centre is a rose with four main petals alternately with four smaller petals or calyx. The four main petals have a curved line inside the edge. The centre of the flower is circular and cross-hatched. There is some shading in the form of lines radiating from the centre of the flower.
