Unusual post-medieval copper alloy sword belt hanger. Trapezoidal plate, upper edge with two small triangular notches between two large semi-circular cut-outs, vertical bordering lines of engraving in pseudo cable decoration, a large central perforation flanked by two smaller ones (rivets missing) and a large loop projects in the same plane from the base. Length 30mm. Width 31mm. 2mm thick. Nothing similar in Read 2001 and 2008. Later 16th-17th century.
