Medieval Strap fitting: bar mount with integral suspension loop. The front is decorated with lines of rocker-arm engraving. One rivet near the top and another in the rectangular expanded terminal of the loop. The latter does not have a matching hole in the front, as is the norm, cf. Dress Accessories nos. 1164 and 1190-1. 6 x 20mm. Second half 14th century.
