Fragment of a Medieval buckle frame, most of one edge and short stub of one side, probably rectangular or square with central bar, cf. Dress Accessories nos. 447 and 450, but decorated with wavy lines of rocker-arm engraving. An uncommon style of ornament of such buckle. Width >44mm. Thickness 1.2mm. c.1350 – c.1450
