A fragment of a silver finger ring, probably Roman, comprising part of the hoop and bezel and one shoulder. The hoop is 'd'-shaped in section and the bezel, when complete, would most likely have been oval in shape and is flat. Part of an engraving, formed of two grooves, coming together at the shoulder is visible on the bezel. It is similar in form to a ring found by the same detectorist and reported as Treasure Number 2011T452.
