A cast copper alloy incomplete medieval finger ring with engraved decoration. The circular ring is formed from a tapering band. It is thickest and widest at the bezel (measuring around 7.31mm wide) but the bezel is only indicated by two deep grooves across the ring defining a rectangular bezel area. The bezel is decorated with tiny chevron shaped stamped indentations forming a cross pattee. On each side of the bezel is a motif in rocker arm engraving consisting of a triangle pointing away from the bezel, with three lines inside. From what remains, it appears that the decoration covers around a third of the ring's hoop; the remaining two thirds appear blank but most of this is missing. The ring is dark brown, measuring 22.22mm x 14.39mm x 7.31mm, weighing 2.18g. The interior is also undecorated. An example with similar decoration is SOMDOR-700353 on the database, which possibly dates from the 12th century.
