Nikola Rakitin (1885-1934) - a creative nickname for Nikola Panchev- Bulgarian poet, participant of the First World War. He taught in Pleven (1908-1933), director of the Military History Museum in Pleven. He committed suicide in 1934. Tomb of Nikola Rakitin.
