Sculpture, possibly marble, of three boys caring a basket or tub decorated with vines and grapes on their shoulders. A girl with two young children sit within the tub. The girl stands with her right leg raised, holding a tambourine above her head. She wears a dress laced at the front with sleeves rolled up to her elbows. Of the two children one has his back to us, whilst the other sits slightly hidden behind her skirts playing a trumpet. There is also a vessel to carry liquid in the tub. The three boys carrying the tub wear clothing associated with a rural setting. Two of the figures have their sleeves rolled up to their elbows, the other does not. Two wear hats. They hold the tub above a tree stump which is situated between the three laden figures. Possibly exhibited in the Great Exhibition.
