Skulptur utformad som en rektangulär maskaron. Maskaronen uppvisar ett grinande ansikte med förvriden mun med tjocka läppar och blottade rader av spetsiga tänder. På pannan ses dekorativa bladslingor. Maskaronen är snedskuren upptill och nedtill. Baksidans övre del är försedd med ett grundare, horisontellt urtag i övre kanten samt ett vertikalt djupare utmed övre delens högra kant. Maskaronens undersida är fasad. Näsans ytterparti, som snidats separat, saknas. Text in English: A sculpture of a mask, depicting a grimacing face with an open mouth with thick lips. The pointed teeth are evident. Decorative scrolls can be seen on the forehead. The mask is rectangular in shape and cut at an angle at the top and the bottom.The upper part of the reverse side has a shallow horizontal groove at its upper edge, and a deeper vertical one along the upper part of the right-hand edge. The reverse side is bevelled. The tip of the nose, which was carved separately, is missing.
