Franciscus helt zu Virtzig mahlen gemessen das machet die Leng Christi in seiner Menscheit. Vis infixa levet vivum tua vulnera vulnus? Hue fugito; hoe vulnus vulnera quaeque levat. Translation of the German text: This is the length and width of the wounds of Christ that was pierced into his side when he was on the Cross. The little cross which St. Francis is holding, measured by forty times, makes the length of Christ in his humanity.
