Lettering: The railway speculator "at home", or, Mr. Jeames Plush in his celebrated "stagging" characters. Further lettering hand-written in pen reads: (July 1845) (The man wot made 30,000 in Railways by speculating from his Master's House in "Buckingham Square" & answering his own references!)
