Krigare iklädd romersk rustning. Mannen har stora mustascher och långt lockigt hår. Krigaren förefaller vara barhuvad så när som på en lagerkrans kring pannan. Huvudet är något vridet åt vänster. Muskelpansarets urringning är dekorativt formad. Rustningens nederdel består av ett övre lager S-formade, troligtvis läderimiterande, flikar samt ett undre lager S-formade, oregelbundna, tofsliknande flikar av obestämbart material. Höger arm hålls utmed kroppen. I vänster hand, utmed sidan, håller krigaren en stor pilbåge med pil. Nedre delen av bågen är snidad i ett med figuren medan övre delen av bågen och pilen är snidad separat. Bågen är nästan lika lång som mannen själv. Kroppstyngden vilar på höger ben, medan vänster ben är böjt. Benen är stövelklädda. Skulpturen och bakstycket är snidade i ett stycke. Armarna är snidade separat och sitter fästade vid bålen med dymlingar. Bakstycket är profilsvängt och baksidan är slät. Nedtill är bakstycket framdraget så att det bildas en kraftig sockel på vilken figuren står. Sockeln är enkelt ornerad på sidorna. Bakstyckets övre del fortsätter snett uppåt och bildar en bred platta ovanför krigarens huvud. Skulpturens hjässparti är skadat. Höger hand saknas. Text in English: Warrior clad in Roman armour, with large moustache and long curly hair. The figure appears to have had a bare head, except for a laural wreath. The head is slightly turned to the left. The collar section of the thorax armour has been decoratively designed. The lower section consists of an upper layer of S-shaped, probably simulated leather flaps plus a lower layer of irregular, tassle-like flaps of undetermined material. The right arm is held along the side. The man held a large bow and arrow beside him in his left hand. The lower section of the bow was carved from the same piece of wood as the figure, but the upper section and the arrow were carved separately. The bow is almost as long as the figure itself. The weight of the body rests on the right foot, while the left is slightly bent. The sculpture is carved from a single piece of wood, except for the arms which are carved separately and attached to the trunk with dowels. The figure is placed in front of a profiled back-board, with a smooth reverse side, which is drawn forward at the bottom to form a robust base upon which the figure stands. The base is simply ornamented on the sides. At the top the back-board continues above the heads to form a wide plate-like section over the warriors'' head. The head section of the figure is damaged and the right hand is missing.
