Group D II. The Klingan is for most of its length enegged and bowl ground. About 190 mm above the cape, it becomes flat and twisted. At the top it is adorned with etching, on the outer side a noble weapon (probably Printzensköld) and on the inner side the late “To Defense and not Pressure.” Everything in blanket etching on a matte etched basis. The thyme has “French stronghold” of for the time the right unusual shape. It looks clean, as if the sword feeder had partly copied a stronghold from Karl XI’s time. The fort is of gilded brass. The button is close enough close-shaped, 28 mm high and 29 mm in diameter, as well as scanned in 18 ribs. On top of the button is a 7 mm high rivet button, which is instrumented small below the middle and has a diameter of 11 mm. Down, the button is continued by a conical, 6 mm high neck, around whose lower part runs a stripe or ledge. The cord is spool and has a flat stripe in front and back, the sides are rounded. It has an approximately 6 mm wide flat braiding, a “wreath,” braided by fine, of two strings of copper wire, but otherwise wrapped with a pair of two strands of fine copper, one thread of which is - the other left trim. The parerpole is straight and for the time long and has hexagonal cross section. The arms are unusually equal in length, 50 mm. The ends are rounded. From the ends to about halfway on each pair rod arm, the pair rod is scanned in six ridges. On both sides of the cross there are as usual ciselated, stylized ran- cornaments on a dotted basis, but here the ornaments are of the right unusual type. The pair plate is just small and cuddly. Along the middle, it has the usual ciselated ornaments, which look like a stylized double C, and between these ornaments and the elevated edges it is pierced by fine, cruciform holes. The fern has been burnt by the captain of the regiment of Jönköping, Philip Printzensköld, born 1806, died 1868. The associated number is 60038-9, hoist, pods.
