She wears a mid-tone dress, possibly with a shawl with a broad lace collar, brooch and decorative ribbons that come from this. She has a thin cord around her neck. Lightly hand coloured. Note that on the frame, the fixing that holds the suspension loop is a flower and leaf in gilt copper and the mat is bordered with a bright gold coloured frame. The papier mache frame is black japanned.
