Monumentul e de tip obelisc, având un vultur din bronz în terminație. Pe fața sudică, pe soclu sunt redate două săbii încrucișate legate cu o bandă tricoloră, iar pe obelisc - o cunună de frunze de stejar. Dimeniuni: postament: 23/147/147 cm; soclu: 153/94/94 cm; monument: 250/42/39 cm.
