Loggia of the building at 44/46 Bydgoska Street in Toruń, with rich woodcarving details, typical of many houses from the nineteenth century, built in the suburbs or in resorts. Openwork, carved details often adorned roofs, balconies and gazebos.The house was erected in 1901 for the master builder Friedrich Hinz. The house was built in a half-timbered construction on a rectangular plan with an additional, narrow wing on the right side. The building is multi-storey, eleven axes. There are glass verandas on the ground floor. On the floors there are balconies with pediment roofs, decorated with floral motifs carved in wood. The entrance leads through the central axis of the façade through glass doors decorated with architectural motifs.
