Door to the sacristy of the church of St. John the Baptist in Służewo in Kuyavia. The church was erected in the mid-16th century on the initiative of the voivode Jan Służewski (d. 1580) and his wife Małgorzata Kostka (1536-1602) on the site of an earlier wooden temple. At the end of the 19th century, a thorough renovation of the church was carried out.
