Article in Upsala New Newspaper 3 March 1947: “IK Sirius celebrates his 40th anniversary this year and, on the occasion of this event, yesterday the veterans met in bandy from Upsala’s heyday at the Students sports field. There were no less than 14 international players, who lined up and the stranger of them was 61-year-old Sune Almkvist, who showed a vitality, which the moon youth would envy him.”
