Glass plates/skiopticones were located in the storage box UM43013, in which additional skiopticone images and glass sheets were also stored. The objects were received as a gift from the Home Buildings Association Sockenstugans Friends in Funbo. The photographs that were in the box are taken by CA Pettersson, who was a wagon maker in Gunsta. He built i.a. cameras themselves. In the box, about a hundred sheets of different sizes were kept. The photographs show different types of motifs, including: portraits, houses, buildings, views, group pictures of wrestling young men, a man riding a bull and self-portrait. The collection also shows pictures of a wagon wonder, a wheelbarrow and a couple of photographs on a gate. Possibly these are advertising images for CA Pettersson’s own business.
