Lettering: Lithium, Zyprexa, Seroxat, and Oxezepam are my pills for Bipolar I. Inscribed on verso: "Josephine King Pills France 2007" Zyprexa: manufactured by Lilly Pharmaceuticals, an antipsychotic originally approved for the treatment of schizophrenia. Seroxat: an SSRI (serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant. Bipolar I: applied to patients hospitalised for both depressive and manic episodes (as distinct from Bipolar II: applied to patients hospitalised solely for depressive episodes)--Mikkel Borch-Jacobsen, London review of books, 7 October 2010, pp. 31-33.
