The church was built in 1903 in Romanesque style. In 1936, the longhouse received a barrel vault. Several older furnishings have been preserved in the church, including parts of a plafond with the motif of Christ’s declaration, painted in 1764 by Johan Wahlin. The altar essay is in s k Peasant Baroque from 1674 with an oil painting depicting Nattvarden. One of the church’s bells, cast in 1463, cracked at a mobilization ring in 1914. The bell is now laid and hangs in the belfry. Source: “Our Churches p. 147.”
