Ölkupa “Solenn I.” May also be “Florence,” but probably not. Experiments. Artist: Form of Folke Walwing. Etching? Possibly made during the 1950s or 1960s. Description: Narrow, open, egg-shaped hive. Bats in the shape of a disc. Square leg and foot with ledge. Facets on the hive, leg and foot. Yellow decor in the shape of an edge and a stretcher with winding stripe. Color: Uncoloured clear glass with yellow decor. Technology: Blasted, fractured edge, facet grinding, pickling (gold painting?) and etching (experiment). Dimensions: Diameter above refers to the upper diameter of the glass. The side of the foot: 56 mm. Inscribed in the Main Catalogue at the earliest 1987. Solenn I refers to Solennglas with etched stretcher. From the sample collection of the sliperium. Function: Ölkupa, experiment.
