Anna of Austria was married to Louis XIII of France in 1615 and thus the Queen of France. Her marriage was very distanced and her life was almost non-existent; not until twenty-three years after the wedding, in 1638, did she have her first child, Louis XIV She never had any significance as a queen, but she was not submissive but independently laid and participated in some intrigue.
