Jury Citation: This project is a good example of the repurpose of an industrial heritage building, with the narrative of the railway heritage of the building remaining present. A strong ethos of sustainability in the design solutions contributes to the well-being of the users with much thought put into the division of space. As the building is publicly accessible, it is a meeting point for people and has contributed to the revitalisation of the neighbourhood.
