Note that the Irish composer J Augustine Wade died in 1845, so date 1850 is wrong. His obituary is to be found in the Illustrated London News week ending July 19th 1845, with a wood engraving portrait based on this image, p13.

She wears a dark dress with a boat neckline trimmed with lace. Her necklace, earrings, frontal brooch down her bodice, rings and bracelets are highlighted in gold paint, whole hand coloured.
