Bonade painting possibly by Abraham Clemetsson (attr: Berglin) from Allbo-Kinnevaldgruppen, painted in tempera (egg and possibly flour) on a sharply steeped linen weave with three vertically stitched coarse linen fabrics, two tueship weaved and a sweeper wash. Motif: Upper field divided by round arcades into four smaller fields. In the first field three spearheaded soldiers, in the second king Solomon on his throne, in the third queen of Saba, in fourth three women and a man leading two camels. Text: “Queen of rich Arabia visits King Solomon to hear his wishet and his....” At the lower edge of the bonade animals and two shooting hunters, below the text: “such as the hiort longs for healthy watn, my herring god longs for you. Psalmen 42.” Inscribed in the Main Catalogue 1947.
