The first round of Peace Talks between israel and the Palestinians on Arab soil was concluded this week after the respective negotiators set in Taba, Egypt. The teams began discussing the implementation of the Gaza/Jericho First agreement precisely according to schedule - one month after the agreement was signed. Issues on the table included security matters, prevention and limitation of terrorist attacks, road patrol, broder control, the release of Palestinian prisoneer's and the size of the Jericho area to be included in this agreement.
