The interior examination was carried out under the floor of the northern and southern bench row in the longhouse and throughout the sacristy. The longhouse found a large amount of painted trimmings from the neo-Gothic lime painting of the 1800s. Three coffin graves and a burial chamber were also found, with a probable dating to the 1600s. In the longhouse there were also traces after the medieval church’s choral party. These were remnants after the southern and northern choir wall and the base of the triumphal arches. In addition, the remains were found after a foundation that may have constituted a late medieval side altar. There was also a strong stone foundation where a stove stood in the 1800s. The investigation in the sacristy was able to demonstrate several older layers of floor. A basement built secondarily in the sacristy was found here, probably in the 1840s. Central to the sacristy was a large burial chamber. This is erected for A. Holmstadius, prost in Denmark, who died in 1627. The find material from the survey is relatively large and most finds are from manned lime plaster fragments. The finds also include coins mainly from the 1700s, small personal objects such as buckles and buttons. In addition, a piece of textile was probably found from a funeral fana and parts for funerary weapons.
