A miniature Roman vessel, possible a votive offering. The fabric is hard and fired to a light red - pale yellow colour. The vessel is wheel made and has had a small looped handle applied before firing (this is now missing). The vessel measures 48.88mm high and has a maximum diameter of 29.89mm. The lip is 3.97mm thick and it weighs 22.8gms. This pot probably dates from the 3rd - 4th centuries but without further contextual information it is not possible to narrow the date down any further.
