A miniature asymmetric bow brooch with a triangular headplate and footplate, and a short bow almost flat on the reverse. Each corner of both plates is lobed and stamped with a ring-and-dot decoration. There are three other ring-and-dots on the footplate and one on the head. With a single pin lug, catchplate and iron staining on reverse. The footplate has been bent backwards. Length 47mm. Width 14mm. Compare KENT-F9D7C2, IOW-8F68C4 and IOW-E94E22. 5th or early 6th century.
