Miniature chisel or flat axe made of copper or copper-alloy, missing butt end (unworn break). Slight bevel between body and blade facet. Medium green patina (also on break) with numerous small patches of surface loss, due to invasive corrosion, mainly appearing pale powdery green. One face has a series of recent surface scratches (probably agricultural). Surviving length 45 mm, blade width 27 mm, maximum thickness 6 mm, weight 26.71g. Similar example from Covehithe (COV 005), and slightly flanged examples from Mildenhall (MNL Misc., crn 00180) and Bentley (BTY 011).
