Cast copper alloy Iron Age miniature terret. It is a D-shape, with two strap-bars 2.5mm in width and 8.9mm apart. It has a D-shaped profile, flat on the underside. It measures 25.17mm in length and 22mm in width and weighs 6.06g.A similar terret from excavations at Kirkburn, E.Yorks dates to the late Iron Age.(Stead, 1991,fig.38, no.2
