Barrel: Trind, smooth. Composed of three longitudinal slats. At the top of a cut spliced joint with bar associated with other field signs. The joint attached to the bar with two coarse nails and string winding. Painting executed on a chalk basis. Apple: Hollow, cut from a piece. Initially four roses of which two remain. The apple has been gilded with blood red and dark green paint on gold grounds
