Fragments from Gustav Gustavson af Vasaborg 's (Gustav II Adolf’s son) funeral banér. The bané has been 2 meters high at the bar and composed of 2 horizontal waves in heavy black silk rips of which only fragments remain. Along the bar, on the canvas, up and down a 0.085 m wide wreath of black silk and side threads. The painting is made in a gold colour and the text remains only the following: “KONGL MAYTZ SAMPT SWERIGES RYKES TR.. MAN AND RÅDH, DEN HÖGWÄLBORNE GRAFWE AND HERRE, HERR GUSTAVUS” Barrel: Standard-bar of pine, 3.68 m high, eight-fluted.
