Local people over the past few years were used to see on the outside brick wall, the drawing of a huge head that appears to have just broken through the wall. This, now well known grafitti, has been augmented by another topical work of art, Tel-Aviv 91. A head is shown pushing through the wall wearing a gas-mask. Photo shows the new grafitti at the Fine Institute in Tel-Aviv.
