Each year the Tel-Aviv municipality organizes a week for volunteers to help in the development of Jaffa, Jaffa lies in the southern part of the Tel-Aviv, One of the poorest areas, Ajame, has been undergoing a complete change with many streets of old but dignified houses being completely renovated, The volunteers come from all over the world to assist in all kinds of jobs including the painting of houses, lessons in foreign languages, art classes etc; Photo shows: The picture shows Scandinavian volunteers working on the roads in Ajame in Jaffa.
