The medal is round. The coat of arms laid over a four-crown wheel and two crossed swords and crowned with a royal crown. In the shield a pure. On the outside a laurel wreath. Blue band with white edges and a wide yellow stripe in the middle accompanied by a purple red stripe on either side. The medal is kept in an ash along with a miniature medal and a trailer buckle.
